Do you speak English?
Yes — we work directly with overseas clients in English by email and Instagram DM, from quote to delivery.
Do I need a drone flight permit in Japan? Will you handle it?
We hold a blanket MLIT flight permit (Tokyo Bureau Permit No. 4378) and handle all DIPS 2.0 applications, so you don't file anything yourself.
How much does FPV drone filming in Karuizawa cost?
Plans run from ¥50,000 (LIGHT) to ¥280,000 (PREMIUM), all including editing. Prices exclude consumption tax; travel is free within the Karuizawa/Miyota area. Beyond that, travel is charged at ¥170/km (round trip).
What is the turnaround time?
Raw footage in 3–5 business days; edited videos in 1–2 weeks.
What happens if the weather is bad?
For safety we postpone in winds over 10 m/s, rain, or lightning, and reschedule at no extra charge.
Can foreign visitors book a shoot?
Yes — contact us in English; we carry ¥100M liability insurance and are JUIDA-certified.
Which areas in Japan do you cover?
Based in Miyota (5–10 min from Karuizawa), we cover all of Nagano Prefecture including Saku, Ueda, Komoro, Hakuba, and Matsumoto, plus Tokyo and nationwide for larger productions.
What drone equipment do you use?
